Hello my name is Carlos Santiago (A.K.A. GuruSantiago), I have been involved with electronics since I was in high school. Like many other people with an electronics background, my passion started at an early age. It was triggered by a visit to my cousin’s house. While I was visiting, he was working on an old radio and it seem really complicated. I asked how he learned to fix radios. He told me that he was studying electronics and he recommended that I enroll in a Radio and TV course at the local high school. To make a long story short, I was bitten by the electronics bug and studied not only radio and TV electronics, but also digital logic and computers. It took many hours in school and college, but I made a career of it. This was at a time before home computers we even available.

After many years, I still have a passion and continue to learn about electronic every day. It is this passion for electronics that I want to share with all of you. I am sure that you will find that Electronics Is Fun.
