PenguinoBot
Welcome to the PenguinoBot. The PenguinoBot is a fully autonomous robot platform you can program. It is capable of navigating it's environment and detecting obstacles.

Hardware:
- Drive: 2WD drive with ball caster. Driven by (2) DC gear motors.
- Sensors: (2) Sharp GD2D120 Infrared range sensors.
- Power: 6V (AA x4) battery pack.
- Brain: Arduino Duemilanove W/ ATmega328 compatible, integrated motor controller.
- Memory: 32K Flash, 2K static ram, 1K eeprom
- Chassis: Smoked gray translucent acrylic.
- USB cable
Software:
- 100% compatible with the Arduino Development Environment version 0021 or later.
- Program storage: 32K flash (2K used by boot loader) 30K available for program storage.
- Complete Arduino Development Environment and 10 sample programs provided on disc.
- Compatible with Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.
Expansion:
The PenguinoBot can be expanded using standard Arduino Shield boards. Support is also provided for I2C and Bluetooth devices. PenguinoBot will also support of standard analog and digital sensors that operate at +5V.
